Appeals
If you have lost a trial or hearing you may have the option of appealing the decision. The purpose of an appeal is to correct mistakes made at the trial or hearing level by the trial court judge. Most appeals need to be initiated within thirty days of the sentencing or order, so if you wish to appeal you may need to act quickly.
